THE ROLE
The Administrative Support Worker is responsible for administration support across Statewide Responses which includes Domestic Violence Crisis Line (DVCL), Safe at Home (SAH), Specialist CALD DFV Services and other specific service delivery contracts within these programs.
Coordinating and maintaining 24/7 rosters and responsible for data and IT management, this is an ideal role for an IT savvy individual with a strong admin skill set looking to work within the community services sector.
This is a full time position working initially offered on a fixed term contract until 30 June 2025.

ABOUT YOU
To succeed in this exciting and busy role you will need a high level of initiative and attention to detail, as well as:
- Significant experience in the coordination and implementation of staff rosters for a 24/7 shift work environment;
- Strong administration skills and advanced competency in using the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and databases, and ability to quickly adapt to new IT platforms;
- Qualification in administrative management and IT, or experience commensurate with the position.
- Experience working in a community services organisation is desirable.
- A current drivers licence, and be eligible for, or hold a DHS Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
