THE ROLE

Our People and Culture team are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual.  This important role will provide a range of HR related administrative activities to support our dedicated workforce, including end to end recruitment, on boarding & off boarding as well as contributing to key P&C projects.

This is a part time position working 0.8FTE (30 hours per week) across Monday to Friday.  Initially offered on a fixed term contract until September 2025.

 

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in this exciting and busy role you will need a high level of initiative and attention to detail, as well as:

  • Strong administrative skills, ideally with demonstrated HR related experience
  • Experience of coordinating end to end recruitment and induction activities
  • Knowledge and understanding of legislation such as the National Employment Standards, Fair Work Act 2009 and Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements
  • Qualifications in Human Resources or related, and/or experience commensurate with the position
  • A current drivers licence, and be eligible for, or hold a DHS Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
