Recognising the nature of the work undertaken across our services, the role also has a strong focus on psychological health and wellbeing, including supporting the organisation's approach to managing psychosocial risks and maintaining a trauma-informed workplace.

This is an excellent opportunity for a WHS professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing positive workplace outcomes and contributing to an organisation with a strong social purpose.

We are open to appointing this role between 0.6-0.8 FTE, allowing flexibility to suit the successful candidate's lifestyle and commitments.  The role is primarily based at our Mile End Head Office.
