THE ROLE
Our People and Culture team are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join the wider Shared Services function. This important role will provide a range of HR related administrative activities to support our dedicated workforce, including end to end recruitment, on boarding & off boarding as well as contributing to key P&C projects.
This is a part time position working 0.8FTE (30 hours per week) across Monday to Friday.

ABOUT YOU
To succeed in this exciting and busy role you will need a high level of initiative and attention to detail, as well as:
- Strong administrative skills, with demonstrated HR related experience
- Experience of coordinating end to end recruitment and induction activities
- Knowledge and understanding of legislation such as the National Employment Standards, Fair Work Act 2009 and Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Qualifications in Human Resources or related, and/or experience commensurate with the position
- A current drivers licence, and be eligible for, or hold a DHS Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
